We have used them four times in total without issue....cars are clear, communication is very clear...absolutely no issue. My thanks primarily comes from the fact that our last trip (going back to the airport) unfortunately coincided with a tropical storms and accidents on the motorway. We engaged The Exclusive Transfer as our limo transport for both Airport transfer to hotel as well as hotel transfer to airport. Upon arrival, they will WhatsApp us to guide us to the arrival pick up location. Driver was timely and helpful to load up our luggages and wheelchair. We tried the Toyota commuter vip for 13pax, as we have 6 pax with 6 luggages and 1 big wheelchair. The car was clean, spacious and beautiful inside. Bottled water is provided as well. We also tried their private tour package to Damnoen Saduak Market and Maeklong Railway Market. They negotiated a good price to engage the boat operator to ride us around the river market. It was a very hot day during our trip there, and driver brought us to a nice airconditoned Thai restaurant for lunch. After which we moved off to the railway market. It was an enjoyable and smooth trip. We also tried their 10 hour Day trip in BKK. As we are buying many local food groceries and shopping items, thus too heavy to walk around with these things. As we also have a nice dinner at this Vistro Vegan Restaurant, whereby they helped me to make reservation days earlier in advance. Though is some little gesture rendered, but it’s still a good service.The driver is not just professional but also a good source of being a local guide. The driver can understand and speak fluent English also, as such, no language's barrier. Overall, though the price is not cheap compared with public transport like taxi, app ride hailing service, etc.. but good experience, good journey, good car and most importantly, our group member was at ease and felt cool and relaxed with their service.
